Return Periods
30 DAYS
- Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase to The Home Depot unless noted below.
Exceptions to Online Returns
- If the return is due to a POCKETPANDA error, the original shipping charges will be fully refunded. Items must be returned with all components included for a full refund
- Missed Delivery: If the customer does not accept delivery within 30 days of the item’s arrival at the delivery facility, the order will be canceled and the item will be returned
